Qorno.com operates as a vertical search engine. As a search engine this site aggregates links to adult video pages hosted on their advertisers' sites. These links are displayed on the site in a way that is optimal for visitors to discover content that is interesting to them. We operate our sites in a responsible manner, by maintaining a high-quality standard and a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and other illegal content, and respecting intellectual property.

Qorno.com's legal duties under the Online Safety Act

This Statement of Responsibility is made pursuant to Section 28 of the UK's Online Safety Act 2023. We acknowledge our responsibilities as the provider of a vertical search engine under the Online Safety Act 2023. The company is committed to ensuring compliance with the relevant duties as outlined in the Act, including the safety duties relating to illegal content and (where applicable) content that is harmful to children.

How you are protected from illegal content

Content on Qorno.com is uploaded through our customer portal TubeTraffic. Before any content is added to our site it is first checked by TubeTraffic's automated content moderation systems. For more information visit the Statement of Responsibility of TubeTraffic

We use a combination of proactive technologies and human content moderation to ensure the available content corresponds with the Acceptable Content Policy and to minimise the risks of illegal content appearing on our websites.

We conduct due diligence research on client sites prior to engagement of their services. These due diligence checks may include a review for any illegal content, malware and other potential harms that may appear on the client sites. We engage and work with our client advertisers to ensure the risk of illegal content appearing on their websites is minimised.

Search query input restrictions
Certain terms that refer to illegal content are banned on our site and will not provide any search result.

Search prediction lists
Only green-listed terms will appear as search suggestions in the search bar of our site.

Human content moderation

Our Content Moderation Team conducts regular checks for illegal content or content that violates our Acceptable Content Policy.

Reviews are conducted on indexed content which may have a heightened risk of illegal content. Content identified as at risk of containing illegal content are immediately removed by the Content Moderation Team.

Complaints and reports

We have a robust Notice and Action Policy for reporting and removing unlawful content. Users may report illegal content or content that violates our Acceptable Content Policy. These reports are then reviewed, and appropriate action is taken by the Content Moderation Team.
